Bluefin supports recording enrollment actuals into your study. This will refine your forecasted enrollment to reflect the actual dates of enrollment, as well as the site where the participant enrolled and other aspects such as weight.
Navigating to the Participant Actuals Import Page
Within a study, click on the dropdown menu highlighted below. Then, click the gear button to the right to "Actuals."
Manually Enter Actual Participants in the Table
After arriving at the Participant Actuals settings page, click Participants as shown below.
Click "+" to add a new row in the Participant Actuals table. Enter and select the correct values from the dropdown menus for the following required fields:
Participant ID
Site
Treatment Arm
Enrollment Date (if participant is enrolled yet)
The remaining fields are optional. Do not enter a Treatment End Date unless the participant dropped out of the study.
